Shipping Policy :

 All orders will be prepared  and shipped within 1-2 business days (Not included Sat-Sun , public Holidays )  with tracking number which can be search able  by USPS.com  after 2-3 business days  .

All Friday  orders will be shipped in following Monday .

Tracking number will be posted to your registered email  within 1-2 business day once  complete payment . In case you  use PayPal payment  , tracking number will attached in your paypal transaction ( 1-2 business days )

If you pay by Amazon Pay or Credit Card payment , tracking will be posted thru our web site directly to  your registered  email  . 

Delivery time to USA take approximately 10-15  business days . Please do not worry if you do not see tracking movement , order should pass custom clearance and it take few days . Once order release by custom updates  will upper immediately   and you be able check the status  day by day .

If  you wish to get your order faster ( 6-8 business days ) we offer DHL shipping , you will get this option when your going select shipping method  at the check to process . 

Delivery to UK, Australia, New Zealand , Canada can  take 10-18 business days , with same shipping policy rules .

Return :

We accept 14 days return for new , not used items . Buyer responsible for return shipping fee in case he/she don’t like it .

If  you get  damaged  or wrong from listing order title  item,  please contact us with detailed picture in 1-3 days . We will  replace for same item without any  charge . If your item was delivered  , but address provided by you  wrong, or you move, we will deduct shipping cost and processing fees  from your total refund , after  item will be returned back to us by  shipping carrier with note  ” undelivered address “.

We not be able to make any address changes and redirect your order when your order  has been already shipped .

If you typed wrong your  delivery  address  but order already on they way  you can   call USPS  customer service , let them know your tracking number  and ask them to  redirect (forward)  order to the address you need .

If YOU  mistakenly place wrong( by your fault ) order  and would like us re send  correct item , you will need return item back to us  (return address  will provided per request ) . You responsible for return shipping concession . As soon as we get return , we will process  refund for initial cost  of item ( shipping fee not refundable , since we already use this amount to deliver item to you )    thereafter you can place new correct order . 

Sorry , we do not accept used or physically damaged items and not responsible for lost , stolen items from you mail box . If tracking # confirm that order has been delivered, we take no action .
